Qualifications + Experience





  • Has at least 2 years of experience working directly with individuals with autism.
  • Classroom experience is preferred, especially working in self-contained or specialized educational settings.
  • Demonstrates strong skills in managing and responding to challenging behaviors with patience and professionalism.
  • Is a team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues and values open communication.
  • Is highly organized and detail-oriented, able to stay on top of all required paperwork and documentation in a timely manner.
  • Shows dedication to providing compassionate, consistent support to the individuals and families we serve.

Here’s what to expect once you apply.

The Process




Step 1: Background Check

All staff must pass a comprehensive background check prior to working with clients. This is to ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals and families we serve.

Step 2: Orientation & Training

New hires will participate in an orientation that covers:
  • Company policies and procedures
  • Safety guidelines and professional expectations
  • Our mission, values, and approach to working with individuals with autism

Step 3: Medicaid Website Training

We provide hands-on training for using the Medicaid billing system. Staff will learn how to:
  • Navigate the website
  • Accurately create and submit claims
  • Document services in compliance with Medicaid requirements

Step 4: Role-Specific Shadowing & Support

New team members will shadow experienced staff and receive individualized support to ensure they feel confident and prepared before working independently.
